Indian Armed Forces Partner with Beyond Imagination Technologies for Blockchain-Based Communication Platform

Indian company Beyond Imagination Technologies (BIT) has partnered with the Indian Armed Forces, which will use a blockchain-based platform for communications.

Web3 executives at BIT said that blockchain will improve communication between military personnel and veterans by ensuring that information is secure, relevant and reliable.

The platform uses encryption and decentralized data storage. This protects the system from unauthorized access and prevents the entry of fake credentials – everything is transparently tracked on the blockchain.

As part of the collaboration, BIT will also provide BitMemoir solution for the Indian Army. The military will have access to digital certificates with credentials, non-replaceable tokens (NFTs), dynamic NFTs, and loyalty programs associated with collectible tokens.

The blockchain-based solution will speed up decision-making, reduce administrative costs, and allow service members to be more quickly informed about certain situations.

“By harnessing the potential of blockchain, the Indian Army gets a tool that empowers its capabilities.

Our efforts are focused on creating a safe ecosystem for easy interaction between the military and veterans.

Through this pilot project, they will be able to share important information and be part of digital transformation,” said Nikhil Goyal, founder and CEO of Beyond Imagination Technologies.

India’s Ministry of Defense was interested in using blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI) and big data years ago.

The Defense Ministry believes that these technologies will allow for more effective combat operations and national defense.

According to a 2020 study by the Value Technology Foundation organization, Russia and China are the leaders in developing blockchain-based solutions for the military industry.
