Binance has introduced a unique concept with the launch of the Dogs (DOGS) meme coin Farming on its platform. This new initiative allows users to farm DOGS tokens using BNB and FDUSD stablecoin. The DOGS Launchpool will be available for a specified period during which participants can stake their BNB and FDUSD to earn DOGS tokens.
The DOGS token is tied to the Telegram community and operates on the TON blockchain. It has a total supply of 550 billion tokens, with a majority of them reserved for the community through airdrops. Binance will be offering 22 billion DOGS tokens through the Launchpool.
Participants will have specific hourly caps for each pool. For the BNB pool, the hourly hard cap is approximately 26 million DOGS tokens, while for the FDUSD stablecoin pool, it is 4.58 million tokens. Users can claim their rewards at any time and unstake their tokens if they wish to do so.
Following the farming period, the DOGS token will be available for trading on Binance starting from Monday, August 26. The available trading pairs are DOGS/BNB, DOGS/USDT, DOGS/TRY, and DOGS/FDUSD.
In tandem with the farming initiative, Binance will support the airdrop distribution of DOGS tokens. A total of 42.2 million users qualify for the airdrop, with an average distribution of 9,500 DOGS per user. However, users from certain countries such as the United States, Canada, and Japan are excluded from participating in the airdrop due to location-based restrictions.
The launch of the DOGS token and the growth in the TON blockchain’s activity indicate positive market trends. The TON blockchain has seen a significant increase in active addresses, with 946 daily engagements on the TON Masterchain. Additionally, the value of Toncoin has risen by 16% in the past 14 days to reach $6.68, with analysts suggesting that it could reach $10 in the future.
Binance’s support for DOGS and the ongoing growth in the TON ecosystem reflect the platform’s commitment to offering innovative opportunities for its users and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
