BREAKING: Coinbase Expands Listing Roadmap with a Memecoin Addition!
According to recent reports, Coinbase, the renowned US cryptocurrency exchange, has included the popular altcoin Bonk (BONK) in its roadmap for potential listing in the future.
Bonk initially gained attention when it was distributed to selected Solana wallet addresses in December 2022. Since then, its popularity has surged, especially among those interested in dog-themed cryptocurrencies on the Solana blockchain. This memecoin was introduced on Solana as an amusing alternative to similar altcoins found on different blockchains.
Despite not yet being listed on Binance, Bonk boasts an impressive market valuation of $763 million, owing to its remarkable performance.
The addition of Bonk to Coinbase’s listing roadmap sparked a sudden surge in its price. However, it is important to note that inclusion in the roadmap does not guarantee listing on the exchange.
Presently, 60% of Bonk’s total maximum supply is in circulation, and its price currently stands at 20% below its all-time high.
