Kraken cryptocurrency exchange co-founder Jesse Powell announced his resignation as CEO
last September. The Exchange announced that Chief Operating Officer Dave Ripley may succeed Dave Ripley as CEO.
On his departure, Jesse Powell said that following the announcement of the staffing rotation, the company’s leadership team was “focused on achieving a smooth transition” and setting the stage for “the next phase of growth under Dave Ripley.”
In late April, Jesse Powell finally transitioned to chairman of the board and Dave Ripley officially took over as CEO of the Kraken Exchange.
Three new leadership roles join Dave Ripley as Managing Director North America Guy Hirsh, Chief Compliance Officer CJ Rinaldi and Board Member Dan Ciporin.
Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken recently received
