Pantera Capital is planning to offer co-investment rights to limited partners (LPs) who commit $25 million or more in their fifth venture-style fund set to launch in 2025. The California-based crypto venture giant aims to provide investors with exposure to a range of blockchain assets, continuing its strategy of allocating capital across venture equity, early-stage private tokens, and locked-up treasury tokens. LPs with the required commitment will have the opportunity to participate in at least 10% of each venture equity, private token, and special opportunity deal valued over $10 million, without incurring management fees or carried interest. Pantera intends to raise $1 billion for the fund, with the first closing anticipated in April 2025.
