SingularityNET Announces Dates For Merging FET, AGIX and OCEAN Into New ASI Token To Create A Single Decentralized AI Network

SingularityNET has officially revealed the scheduled dates for the integration of FET, AGIX, and OCEAN tokens into a new ASI token, ultimately forming a unified decentralized AI network. Commencing on June 11 and concluding on June 13, this merger represents a significant milestone in bringing together the various communities associated with fetch.ai (FET), AGIX, and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN).

During the merger, holders of FET, AGIX, and OCEAN tokens will experience a conversion of their existing tokens into ASI tokens, with specific conversion rates applied. FET tokens will be converted to ASI at a 1:1 ratio, AGIX at a 1:0.433350 ratio, and OCEAN at a 1:0.433226 ratio. Token migration contracts will support the exchange of FET for ASI tokens beginning on June 11 for ERC-20 token holders, while AGIX and OCEAN token holders can initiate the conversion process on June 13.

SingularityNET’s decentralized AI platform will host the migration process, ensuring a secure environment for users to swap their tokens using a verified token migration contract provided by SingularityNET. The consolidation of these tokens into the ASI token is intended to establish the largest decentralized open-source network in the AI industry, boasting a community of more than 200,000 token holders.
