Crossmark will reportedly allow quick and easy signing of transactions on the XRP Ledger network and switching between networks. When developing it, the specialists were guided by MetaMask, the most popular wallet for Etherium.
The developers emphasized that they integrated functions similar to MetaMask into Crossmark, but specifically adapted for XRP Ledger. This will make it easier for users to manage transactions with their XRPs and interact with decentralized applications;
And, according to RippleX, developers building dApps have long been asking for a browser-based version of the wallet and, as they migrate from Ethereum, demand is growing.
Wallet keys will be stored securely on the user’s local machine. Testing of the app began in mid-April with select projects, but no release date has yet been announced.
Ripple recently received a digital asset license in Singapore.
