Hong Kong-based venture capital firm Animoca Brands said it has become the largest validator of the blockchain platform thanks to a major investment in TON Network.
The investment in TON Blockchain was made possible after, the agreement assures, “extensive research by Animoca experts into the potential use of TON tokens for potential mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.”
Animoca officials say the company has received strong evidence of the usability of TON-based dApps, as well as the ability of the scalability of the TON blockchain to facilitate widespread adoption of digital assets and financial freedom for customers.
TON Blockchain promises to provide Animoca with the necessary infrastructure and solutions to launch new TON Play-based game projects. This will allow to smoothly port directly to the Telegram messenger Animoca Brands portfolio of more than 400 Web3 projects
