US internet users show more interest in searching for information about Bitcoin than other popular topics such as former president Donald Trump or even Elvis Presley, according to Ahrefs platform’s popularity index.
The cryptocurrency has surpassed politics, Coca-Cola, religion, donuts, alimony, and healthcare, with about 1.9 million searches.
Trump ranks second with 1.5 million searches, followed by breaking news in third place.
Elvis Presley is fourth with 1.3 million searches, while Disney World and Spider-Man hold fifth and sixth places, respectively.
Ahrefs also revealed that Nevada is the state with the highest interest in Bitcoin.
The cryptocurrency’s value continues to soar, hitting a ten-month high of over $30,000 on April 11.
Analyst Willy Woo recently presented macro indicators that support his prediction of a continued upward trend in Bitcoin’s capitalization.
He believes that the cryptocurrency will maintain its growth in value.
