The new domains will serve as simple names for cryptocurrency wallets at Binance.US. They also serve as digital identities on compatible services, applications and Web3 platforms.
The service was announced today, April 26, but will go live in May of this year.. Domains can be mined on the Polygon blockchain, and can be purchased for as little as $10.
Binance.US Vice President of Business Development Nandini Maheshwari said:
“This is the first time Binance.US has launched a digital identity for its community.
The domains will make cryptocurrency easier for our community and allow users to own their digital identity.”
In the past year, Unstoppable has partnered with many cryptocurrency companies.
The domain name provider has entered into a partnership with Polygon, which makes it possible to miniaturize Web3 domains “.polygon”.
